What is a Product Review?
A Product Review is a posting on our website where a customer provides feedback about a particular product offered on smartpets.com. This allows individual customers to share their personal experience regarding a product with our customers and share some insight with future customers. For your convenience, the Product Reviews lists a 1 to 5 star rating product system, 5 stars representing the highest satisfaction with the product
How do I submit a Product Review?
We welcome your review and in each of the product pages immediately below the product description is a “Write a Review” tab. Simply click on the tab and if the item has not yet been reviewed, you will be asked to be the first to write a review. Fill in as much information in the review as you would like to share and press the “Submit Review” button to complete the submission process. How do I find a Product Review for a particular item?
Product Reviews are posted in each of the product pages on the website. First locate the particular item that you are looking for and below the product description, you will see the overall rating displayed, followed by the individual reviews that have been posted for this product.
How to find a product review that you submitted?
Product Reviews submitted on smartpets.com will be reviewed and approved by our customer service representatives prior to being posted on the website. We read and approve all product reviews submitted to our site to insure they comply with our “Terms and Conditions” and reserve the right to not post a review we determine is uninformative. How long does it take for a product review to appear on the website?
